Can I bring my own cake?

No, but we are happy to make one for you if you give us 72hr notice.

Can I bring flowers or decorations?

Yes, please just let us know what you are wanting to bring! We do have some restrictions so please enquire beforehand.

Is there parking available?

Yes, we offer valet parking $55.00 per day. To access the valet parking please arrive driveway and one of our staff will park your car for you.

Can underage (U18) guests come inside?

For the safety of underage guests, they are not allowed inside the premises.

This includes children of guests staying in the hotel, and underage guests who are accompanied by an adult.

Can I BYO drinks or food?

No, HI-SO is a full-service licensed venue.

Is there a minimum spend for groups?

Bookings of 6 or more on Fridays and Saturdays require a minimum spend of $60 per person to book. Please book HERE on our live booking tool.

What does the minimum spend mean?

The minimum spend acts as a bar tab and can be used for any food or beverage item from our menu.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

We sure can! Please mention it on your booking request.

Do you split bills?

No, we are oh-SO sorry!

Can I book a specific area?

Areas are subject to availability! Please mention it on your booking request.

Can I book a table on the terrace?

No, the tables on the terrace are first come first served.

Is HI-SO wheelchair accessible?

Yes.


Dress Code

HI-SO applies a smart casual dress code. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guests who are considered to be unsuitably dressed.

The following dress code applies

  • No clothing with offensive designs or slogans

  • No singlets or tank tops after 5pm

  • No active or sports wear

  • No excessively revealing clothing

  • No manual work clothing or work boots

  • No jandals

  • We advise against wearing unsecured footwear in the venue due to safety reasons. Guests acknowledge that they enter the venue at their own risk if wearing unsecured footwear.

House Policy

HI-SO reserves the right to deny admission to any patrons deemed inappropriately dressed, intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances. HI-SO complies with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2021 and reserves the right to refuse service of alcohol if the persons appear to be highly intoxicated or displaying anti-social behaviour.
